We believe that every pupil should receive a first-class education in order to ensure they are well prepared for the next phase of their lives within education, training or employment. Our mission is to provide the very best education for all pupils and the highest level of support for our staff to ensure every pupil leaves our academies with everything they need to reach their full potential.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, resourceful and strategic Vice Principal who has the ability to lead from the front, develop leadership and quality of education in others and effect rapid and sustainable change in raising the standards of student attainment and personal development.
You will be an outstanding teacher who can inspire others to create learning opportunities that support all of our students to reach their potential. You will work closely with the Principal to help build the commitment of all stakeholders to a culture of constant improvement and with a flair for creative leadership that will put learning first and ensure an outstanding education for our students.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will be delegated specific areas of responsibility that you will lead, whilst working collaboratively with other members of the SLT and all colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for students. It is vital that you have a strong pastoral background, and are committed to building strong relationships with students, staff, parents and external agencies.
