  • Are you an inspirational leader with the ability to get the best out of others?
  • Are you passionate about SEND?

If your answer to all these questions is ‘yes’ then we can offer you:

  • Fantastic pupils you can make a real difference to
  • A wonderful and diverse local and parental community
  • A collaborative team of supportive and talented colleagues across our school and trust
  • An outstanding leadership team who lead by example
  • Opportunities for significant leadership development

The successful applicant will be supported to further their professional development at Noel Park and across the trust, including our partner school Trinity Primary Academy (e.g. specialism and leadership pathways).

Our Academy has 600 children aged between 3 and 11. We are situated in the heart of vibrant Wood Green, 2 minutes from the underground station. Noel Park thrives on its multicultural community with over 40 languages and 90% of pupils from minority ethnic backgrounds.

As an IQM Centre of Excellence School we pride ourselves on the SEND support we give to our pupils. Our full time assistant psychologist works closely with the SENDCo to ensure that the provision our pupils receive is exceptional at all times.

By joining an AET academy, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management Programmes.  You will also be offered membership of a private healthcare and dental plan, an excellent pension, Cycle to Work scheme and much, much more!
