Brighton Girls is seeking an inspiring Singing teacher to teach pupils across both our Prep and Senior age ranges. Candidates should have a relevant degree from a University or Music Conservatoire and will need to be happy and confident teaching from beginner    to post grade 8 level and willing to prepare students for GCSE and A-Level assessment as well as graded music exams. A suitable candidate would be happy working across a range of styles including Pop, Musical Theatre and Classical.

The current teaching load would be around 2 hours in the summer term with this likely to rise towards a fuller day’s teaching from the Autumn term 2024

Having just moved into a newly renovated, bespoke department in the heart of the school this is an exciting time to join the team of Visiting Music Teachers at Brighton Girls. Singing is a particular strength of the department with multiple choirs running weekly as well as regular performance opportunities.
