This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and very high performing Access to HE team, delivering access provision to 19+ learners.

The successful candidate must be qualified and have strong experience of the Access framework. Applicants would need to have experience of teaching a very diverse range of adults on an access programme, a good understanding of the quality assurance process related to Access courses and be competent throughout processes.

We want an enthusiastic and creative teacher who has the ability to motivate a range of learners, assess, stretch and challenge them. You should be confident and professional in reporting on tracking of progress throughout the academic year, maintaining expected levels of professionalism and competent with quality assurance.
