Job overview
We are looking to recruit several Casual Visitor Hosts to support the Admissions team by conducting tours of the College for prospective parents, pupils and visitors.
KEY DUTIES:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Touring the College with any visitors, pointing out key buildings and areas of interest
• Assisting HR with tours for prospective members of staff
• Being an Ambassador for Malvern College and promoting the benefits of the College at all times
• Maintaining a thorough and up to date knowledge of the College and its policies and workings
• Keeping up to date with the latest College news and key pupil achievements
• Answering any questions that may arise – or finding the answer to any question not known
• Ensuring the safety of visitors whilst around the campus
• Assisting with Open Mornings and recruitment events at the College during term time
• Working closely with the Head of Admissions and Admissions team to ensure feedback is given on all meetings with prospective parents and pupils, so that iSAMS can be kept up to date.
