Chichester College Group is seeking to appoint an experienced Website and Digital Marketing Developer to support the Group’s ambitious marketing strategy. The role will deliver a strong emphasis on maximising online activity to support growth, improve customer experience and raising awareness of the Group as the first choice for students and employers. You will also lead on the introduction of new technology and online communication channels that appeal to all key audiences. 

You will manage and develop the Group’s websites and online marketing. Educated to degree level, you will demonstrate a high level of analytical, project management and IT skills, along with a proven track-record of working with a range of audiences in a digital marketing environment. Knowledge of marketing within the education sector is desirable. 

You will also have experience of supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, through innovative online activity and web content development. As part of the role, there will be an element of reporting on the performance of web and online activity and a focus on enhancing the Group’s online presence through new and innovative technology and SEO. 

You will be flexible and prepared to support other colleagues in the day to day work of a small but busy Marketing department. The ability to travel between sites and business locations is essential for this role.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
