This is an exciting opportunity to become the full-time, non-teaching SENCo across the newly formed West Village Partnership, which comprises three primary schools within The Cam Academy Trust, Everton Heath Primary School, Gamlingay Village Primary School, and Offord Primary School. We seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated SENCo to work across the three schools and join our dedicated team of hardworking staff.
As part of our continued growth, we are keen to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring SENCo who has a passion for working with vulnerable children to ensure that they receive the education they deserve. The successful candidate will bring an innovative and creative approach to supporting the development and strategic direction of the SEN provision across the partnership whilst overseeing the progress and achievement of our pupils. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their experience in improving the quality of provision in an area that they have led, in either a middle or senior leadership role, with a proven record of the impact regarding SEN and success in achieving progress for disadvantaged students as well as strategic vision and commitment.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to support teams in working together, showing commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity and accountability for all.
