We are looking for a Wider SLT – Progress Intervention Coordinator in a school that offers excellent opportunities for professional development.  William Perkin Church of England High School (Ofsted ‘Outstanding’) is one of four Twyford Trust schools, a successful multi-academy Trust based in the Borough of Ealing.  We offer comprehensive CPD, exciting development opportunities and good promotion prospects for our teachers.  

The main purpose of this role is to raise achievement of students in Years 7-10 through careful allocation of internal and external intervention and study support resources, overseeing a comprehensive programme of progress intervention and working with the curriculum and pastoral teams (HODs and HOYs) to ensure specific needs are met. 

The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that students at pastoral stage 3 access a full, appropriate programme of intervention to bring about an improvement in their progress and progression indicators whilst supporting the existing SLT in delivering outstanding leadership and management of William Perkin CE High School.
