Redlands is a dynamic, leading Sydney independent school, providing a diverse, co-educational P-12 learning environment with an innovative, flexible and research-based teaching practice. We aim to inspire students to achieve life-readiness and to let their light shine, through the provision of a world recognised, contemporary education. The School is founded in the Anglican tradition, based upon established Christian values.

The Redlands Winter School program is a unique 10 week residential program for Years 7-10 which involves a combination of academics, snowsports and community living. Based in Jindabyne at our High Country Campus for Term 3, this program is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team in a unique co-ed environment.

Due to the residential nature of the program, Redlands is seeking staff who are flexible, energetic and excited about supporting and mentoring students in a range of capacities. Winter School staff will be responsible for supporting the safety, wellbeing, academic and personal development of Redlands Winter School students in their care. This position will actively support the development and day-to-day functioning of the campus, snow sports and residential program.

Staff are rostered on a rotating basis over a seven-day period and this position will involve working weekends and evenings. Staff are provided with on-site accommodation, most meals and a Thredbo Lift Pass. Staff have the opportunity to ski or snowboard 5 days a week, while completing their various responsibilities.

This role would be suitable for those who enjoy working in a team environment and have an interest in skiing, snowboarding (or learning to ski or snowboard) and experiential education. First aid qualifications and a valid NSW Working with Children Check are essential as well as the ability to drive or learn to drive a light rigid bus.
