 Construction Department  

Work Based Assessor - Ref 44   

Salary - £22,424 - £24,452     

We are dedicated to our students and aim to offer a first class training and apprenticeship programmes. To demonstrate this we have invested in a brand new £10.4 million Construction Centre. We are now looking to appoint to a confident, ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated Work Based Assessor in one the following areas, Plumbing, Site Joinery, Brickwork or Multi-Trade:  Reporting directly to the Course Leader, you will prepare and assess learners in the work place across level 2 and 3 Programmes working alongside the teaching team. You will provide support in accordance with the individual needs of learners, and conduct timely reviews ensuring maximum success is gained.   

These are great opportunities for individuals with drive, ambition and ability to carve out a successful career in education whilst working for an outstanding college.   You must hold Level 4 teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve in an agreed timescale), a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and have experience of working within an education setting.
