An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic manager to join our expanding work based learning division, Learning Unlimited.  

The Work Based Learning Manager will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the apprenticeship delivery, to ensure apprentices achieve to a high standard and in a timely manner, whilst optimising employability and progression opportunities through the development of skills in the workplace.  

Successful management experience within the work-based sector is essential.  Managing a team of Work Based Tutors, you will have a passion for learning and inspiring others.  Strong leadership skills are critical to drive performance and high quality learning across the delivery team to achieve outstanding success across the full learner journey.  

Applicants must hold the assessors A1 award (TDLB D32/D33) or TAQA 301 award. You must also be willing to work towards the V1 Award (TDLB D34) TAQA 401 Award and a Training/Teaching/Basic Skills qualifications if not already achieved. Excellent communication skills and a professional outlook are essential. Flexibility to work additional hours when required and undertake substantial travel is also essential.
