18.5 hours per week, term time only over 37 weeks.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, positive, professional self-starter to identify, secure and monitor work experience opportunities for learners on full time study programmes within Foundation Studies, this being our programme of learning for learners who may have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or those who may struggle in larger groups. We try to cater for individual needs within our Foundation Learning department to provide an inclusive, positive, quality learning environment for all, across all campuses. Based at Blossomfield Campus with visits to Stratford and Woodlands Campuses approximately once a month.
With excellent communication skills, the post holder will liaise between College staff, students and employers to ensure successful employer engagement, accurate recording, and effective monitoring of students engaged in work experience opportunities. Highly organised and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, candidates will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail, delivering consistently accurate, high-quality work in a pressurised environment.
