In order for the learning journey to be successful, it’s necessary to offer our students access to a meaningful work placements. We’re good at this already but with your input, we hope to be even better.
Acting as an ambassador for work placements through the College, you’ll champion the value of them with students to increase take-up whilst building strong relationships with local employers so that we offer relevant and exciting opportunities which are matched to learning and career goals.
Key to the role of Work Placement Officer will be your experience of working with employers in an educational or training setting, as well as the ability to negotiate and implement workplace agreements. You’ll also be highly accurate with excellent computer skills and a great customer service ethic.
