Little Heath School is a thriving special school for pupils aged 11–19 with learning difficulties and complex needs, including many on the autistic spectrum. Located on the Redbridge border in a leafy setting, we offer a supportive, aspirational environment tailored to each pupil’s needs.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Work Related Learning Support to support young people with complex needs, aged 11–19.What we’re looking for:

A flexible, confident, and approachable individual with experience or a strong interest in supporting young people with ASD and/or SLD.

Someone proactive in finding and developing meaningful work experience opportunities for students with SEN.

A resilient, creative, and motivated person who wants to make a lasting difference.

A strong team player who values collaboration and support.

All relevant training will be provided.

Part Time (3 Days per week) - Term Time only - Fixed Term until July 2026
