Job overview

The Ryde School have a very successful and thriving Breakfast Club, Nursery Afternoon Club and After School Club. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader who will be fully committed to the further development of our wrap around care. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in roles working with children (any aspect of schools or childcare would be relevant) and has a qualification of at least Level 3 in childcare or equivalent. The successful applicant would have the skills to plan, and lead high quality activities and manage a generous resources budget. They would also have very good communication skills and work successfully with staff, parents, children and the school.

We can offer you a friendly and supportive working environment, training and development. This position is an opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and shape the provision we offer our children. We have a lovely site with lots of outdoor space and a range of spaces within the school to facilitate a wide range of activities. We would like to encourage you to come and visit our setting and talk to us about this exciting opportunity. There is a certain amount of flexibility within this post and/or it could be linked to other roles within the school if needed.
