Y1/Y2 Phase Leader

Glebe Primary School is a true community school, located in the centre of a close Kenton community. We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic and excellent teacher who has had leadership experience, to help lead our Y1 and Y2 Phase from September 2024.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills through a Middle Leaders development programme, access to the NPQSL qualification, and work with other phase and senior leaders as part of an Impact Team!

The school is working in partnership with Priestmead Primary and The Welldon Park Academy, developing its post-OFSTED roadmap, and these new leadership posts are key in driving our ambitious curriculum forward and enabling our children to achieve their personal bests, again and again.
