Allfarthing is looking to appoint a Y2 class teacher to cover maternity leave up until July 2018. There will be a handover week with the current classteacher and you will be assigned a mentor for induction as well as SLT support.
We wish to appoint a committed class teacher who is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of themselves and children. You will have good communication skills which will be utilised in developing positive partnerships with parents and carers.
We have a new Headteacher, Tom Holmes, who started in January 2017 and has previously worked in two outstanding schools.
