Year 1 Lead Teacher + TLR2 for Early Reading Impact

The Governors wish to appoint an exceptional Year 1 Teacher with an additional Teaching and Learning Responsibility for an impact driven coordination of Early Reading.  The candidate will have a thorough knowledge of language and vocabulary development including the teaching and learning of Phonics and Reading.  In addition there will be an expectation to target groups of children by analysing data and championing intervention strategies to have maxiumum impact.
