An ‘Outstanding’ independent primary school in Greenwich (SE3), is recruiting for a professional and holistic Year 1 Teacher from September 2017. If you are a dedicated Year 1 Teacher looking for a new teaching opportunity in a friendly and welcoming environment, then this could be a great opportunity for you. Recruited through Smart Teachers, the successful Year 1 Teacher will be joining the school on a full time maternity cover contract from September 2017 for the Autumn term.

In order to be considered for this role, the Year 1 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

· Hold a Bachelor of Education, PGCE or equivalent relevant teaching degree

· Experience of teaching at Primary level (essential)

· Newly qualified teachers and overseas candidates are welcome to apply

· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
