ABC teachers are working with an improving school, in the Stoke area, for a Year 1 teacher to join their team. The school is under a new Head teacher who is working hard along with the new style senior leadership team to turn the school around; they have a fantastic short and long term plan to improve the schools facilities and exam results. This role starts October 2018 and will run until May 2019.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and hard working to fit in with the new style senior leadership team. They must have proven behaviour management techniques and have the ability to execute them on a day to day basis. The role requires a team player that is able to build supportive relationships with colleagues and you must be versatile in identifying and dealing with pupils with a range of academic abilities.

To register with us, all candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview, hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce on the Update Service and also gain references to cover the last 2 years. Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
