ABC Teachers have been approached to recruit for a full time Year 2 teacher, or NQT, for a long-term position in Marston Green, north Solihull. The position will be starting in September for the new academic year, and will continue long-term; however, the Head is looking to recruit the right candidate permanently.
The school is a busy 2 form entry which has a growing reputation within the local area and has excellent interactive resources across the school. The school has a dedicated team who work hard to ensure that this is a safe and secure environment for all children to develop and learn daily.
The Head is looking to recruit a passionate and forward-thinking teacher who can engage with pupils of varying levels of ability, and able to identify and target individual learning needs. You must be reliable and resourceful, and you will also demonstrate the highest regard for safeguarding procedures.
This is a long-term position and only candidates who are available full time, will be considered for this role. Please note that both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
What to do next:
To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in ‘Child Workforce’ which must be registered on The Update Service. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
