Smart Teachers is recruiting for a conscientious and hardworking Year 5 Teacher / KS2 Teacher to join a faith school in Ilford (IG6) Redbridge, for an immediate start. The school welcomes pupils from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds and is looking for a Year 5 Teacher / KS2 Teacher who can contribute to the warm and positive ethos of the school. This position is offered on a full time basis and is contracted for the academic year.

In order to be considered for this role, the Year 5 Teacher / KS2 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Education/ PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum
  • NQTs / OS-trained teachers are encouraged to apply
  • Must be respectful of the school ethos
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
