ABC Teachers are working on behalf of a 2 form entry Primary school who is seeking to recruit a Year 6 teacher for a maternity cover starting in September 2018 until October 2018 half-term in the first instance. With this role you will be expected to plan, assess and attend both staff meetings and parents evening. The school would like someone who has experience working in Year 6 and have up to date knowledge of the national curriculum. You will have to be patient, firm and have a great sense of humour! They have an extremely positive ethos, offer an ever developing, stimulating and engaging environment where pupils feel safe, happy and enjoy their learning.
The ideal candidate will-
· KS2 Specialist
· Be able to provide 2 educational references in the last 2 years
· Have a current DBS on the update service, or be willing to complete a new one
· Knowledge of the current National curriculum
· Able to commit to the entirety of the role
Located in Bilston, this makes it the ideal school for those who are situated in Dudley, Wolverhampton and Walsall. The school has a large site with an extensive playing field which is enjoyed by all the pupils!
