Contract Dates - 

If successful, the role could commence with immediate effect, and you should be able to confidentially cover a year 6 class.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position would be to hold a PGCE with QTS. You must have relevant experience in an educational setting as it is crucial that this role can be executed efficiently. 

The role 

The successful Teacher will have an outstanding understanding of the National Curriculum which, will help develop not only the children’s education, but will help pastorally. You should be a calm and confident individual, capable of building good relationships with children and staff. Working in the vital final of this Key Stage means that you will have to adapt yourself to challenge the children. Further to this, the role will include classroom management, especially being able to deploy your classroom support effectively.

Requirements 

To be considered for the Teaching position, you will need as a minimum: 

• Must hold QTS status

• Be able to adapt to different routines daily.

• Utilise classroom support effectively 

• Have a strong and up to date knowledge of the national curriculum, phonics, and an educational setting.

• Be flexible and creative when teaching.

• Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Mon-Fri.
