Job overview
We are looking for a person with high levels of motivation, energy and commitment with the ability to work to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, carers and governors. You will also need to be able to work well as part of a team and be willing to have a high profile around the school, carrying out duties and ensuring the school’s high expectations and ethos are maintained.
The role involves overseeing a cohort of students ensuring their social and emotional needs are met as well as monitoring their academic progress.
