This post is an integral part of the school’s drive to raise the standards of attainment and achievement of all students through the development of active and effective pastoral guidance and care. The role will involve working as part of the Pastoral Team, with Form Tutors and Local Agencies, led by the Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour, Attendance and Welfare. A substantial part of the role will be working with our disadvantaged students, building positive relationships, developing good parental engagement and liaising with other professionals to ensure barriers to learning are eliminated.
We are looking for someone with drive and passion to make a difference to students’ lives through leading a Year Group. Experience of working with young people is essential. If you can inspire students then this is the job for you.
