This post forms an integral part of our school’s drive and commitment to raise the standards of attainment and achievement of all students through the development of active and effective pastoral guidance and care.  The role will involve working collaboratively with other members of the pastoral team, the Year Leader, Form Tutors, Teaching Staff, our SENDCo, members of SLT and local agencies, led by the Head of Key Stage.

We are looking for someone with the drive, passion and commitment to make a difference to students’ lives through leading a Year Group.  Experience of working with young people is essential.  If you can inspire students, then this is the job for you.
