Salary: Scale PO1 £34,128- £36,486 pro-rata 

Permanent | Full Time | 35 hours per week | Term Time + 3 weeks (42 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Year Team Leader for Year 13, with wider school responsibility for guidance relating to higher education for students in Years 7-13.  This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented professional to play a pivotal role in supporting sixth form students in their final year of secondary education, whilst guiding them on their journey towards post-18 study. 

St Paul’s Way Trust School offers a distinctive sixth form experience for students across East London. We have an excellent track record of academic success, with students making progress far above the national average. 

We promote high aspirations amongst our students, with the vast majority moving on to higher education or prestigious school leaver programmes and a significant proportion of students going on to study at Russell Group universities. 

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, who will liaise with a range of subject teachers and other professionals to support the continued academic success of our Year 13 students. You will be deeply committed to raising the aspirations of students throughout the school, and you will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every student to succeed.
