EDSQ Essential Digital Skills Qualification - Course Overview
This is an 11 page PowerPoint presentation, which can also be printed out as an information booklet.
The PowerPoint gives an overview of the EDSQ qualification course.
It gives a brief explanation of what the students will be learning in each unit and what assessments are needed.
This is a perfect resource to use with SEN students (Entry 3 to Level 1) who need to complete an EDSQ qualification.

This is a 1 page resource that includes an Art rubric that can be used as a self assessment by students completing an art course.
It is easily adaptable to suit whatever art criteria you need.
I used it with my students with Autism who were completing Art NOCN (National Open College Network) courses.
It is a good way for students to visually see how they are progressing throughout their Art course and what criteria is still left to achieve.

It could also be used as a quick assessment after completing lessons related to computer abbreviations.

This is a Level 1, 8 page task booklet to teach the EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills Qualification) Unit 1 - Using Devices - Operating Systems.
Includes sections where students can demonstrate the usage and maintenance of operating systems.
Perfect for Entry Level 3 and Level 1 students, including SEN students.
There is also an 15 slide PowerPoint presentation to go with it, that is a full teaching PowerPoint, with recap of previous lesson, learning outcomes, gauging prior knowledge, teaching slides, keywords, an extension task and a recap of learning.
Travel Training SEN Initial Assessment
This is an Initial Assessment that I use with SEN students who require Travel Training sessions.
The student fills in the assessment to gauge what the students are/are not confident with in regards to travelling on public transport (buses and the Metro or Tube).
This information can then be used to inform Travel Training session content.
I usually get the students to redo the assessment later in the year to determine the progress made.
Easily adapted from Metro to Tube if needed.
