We work inclusively within our communities, embracing the varied localities we serve while sharing our common vision and values. If successful in being appointed to this role, you will ensure the new finance system is embedded, new processes are successfully implemented and the Trust oversees a successful year-end between September and December 2024. Furthermore, the Trust is keen to pursue an ambitious growth strategy, so the newly appointed Head of Finance will play a key role in moving ATT to the next stage of its evolution.

In return, we offer to you:

  • An amazing people development offer through our ATT Institute providing you with continuous self-development.
  • A comprehensive package of benefits via our benefits platform. You will enjoy a generous pension scheme, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.
  • We are happy to talk flexible working with all applicants for all roles.
