About the role:

You can expect to support the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will also be the first point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle messages, administer first aid, compile data and create and maintain databases and other computerised systems. You will form part of a friendly team so you must be able to build relationships.  .  


About You:

To be successful, you will be confident, able to multi task, ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service in an educational setting with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures. 


As you will be based at reception and because first impressions really do count, you must possess excellent communication, customer service and literacy skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of policies and systems. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, have experience in working with data and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
