Deputy Head of Secondary - IB Diploma Coordinator (with some teaching responsibilities)
We are looking for a high calibre IB diploma teacher and leader, with previous experience of diploma coordination. We have a growing diploma cohort of up to 150 students next year. The person appointed will be expected to drive standards and innovate in this prestigious area of our school. The successful candidate will be well organised, creative and have outstanding interpersonal skills with students and teachers.
As IB Diploma Coordinator, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Diploma Programme, inspiring teachers and creating a clear framework for students to work within. We are seeking an experienced TOK educator who will also coordinate TOK and the Extended Essay process.
As a Deputy Head of Secondary, the candidate will be expected to join the secondary leadership team, sharing ideas to shape the direction of the Secondary School as we move forward as a hub of innovative teaching and learning.
