Job overview

We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to provide support for students on the school’s Special Educational Needs Register. The contracted working hours are 30 per week, 8:30am to 3:30pm, worked during term time only. The post is a temporary one-year contract in the first instance. The salary payable is on the GLPC pay scales 1c/3 points 2-6.

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the SENCo assisting in the support and inclusion of SEN students within the school, by supporting the work of the Senior Leadership Team, the Learning Support Team and subject teachers.
