Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the day-to-day estates operation at KHS. The Premises Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing a comprehensive operation programme across the school. The post holder will proactively manage the caretaking team to ensure the security, cleanliness, maintenance and health and safety of the school and site.
The Premises Manager is required to participate in unlocking and locking of the school sites and opening and securing buildings each day. They will work on a shift pattern with other members of the Estates team - shifts will involve early morning starts, evening finishes and occasional work at weekends.

King’s House School is an independent day preparatory school for boys aged three to thirteen with a co-educational Nursery. Located on Richmond Hill in south west London, it accommodates approximately 450 students.
King’s House School has three departments: the Nursery for rising 3 and 4 year olds; the Junior Department for Reception to Year 3, and the Senior Department for Years 4 to 8. The school is a charitable trust under the direction of a board of governors.
