Job overview

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be required to:

·        work with individual students and small groups

·        monitor students’ behaviour and academic progress

·        support other staff to help build a positive learning environment

·        be able to work independently and as part of a team

·        show a positive attitude and a resilient nature
