We are looking to recruit a professional, positive and friendly Registrar, who will work closely with the Director of Admissions and all the staff in the Admissions Office.
The Admissions Office plays a vital role within the School. For the majority of prospective parents, it is their first contact with St Paul’s School. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Registrar will manage the Admissions Office, which includes two Assistant Registrars (each have responsibility for the 11+ and 16+). This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with academic staff, prospective families and staff from other schools.
Salary: Competitive plus benefits
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week (all year round). The post holder will also be expected to work occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings, for which time in lieu will be given. Reasonable notice will be given for out of hours’ work. There is also flexibility to work from home during school holiday periods.

About St Paul's School
St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.
Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
