DT Technician

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational DT Technician with a strong commitment to working with young people in an educational setting. As a DT Technician you will support the DT department in the preparation for lessons and assist with practical lessons when required. To assist teachers and support teaching and learning in food, textiles and resistant materials ensuring teachers and classes have the correct equipment, maintaining machines and equipment, supervise the safe operation of machinery and follow relevant safety legislation as directed by the Head of Department.  

You will also be highly organised and able to manage your time effectively. Full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
