Our ATT Institute is the backbone of colleague professional development for our Trust, providing research informed courses, events and training as well as orchestrating a vast network of professional development communities to support colleagues and drive academy improvement. The ATT Institute also acts as a delivery partner providing the highest quality accredited courses including the Early Career Framework, National Professional Qualifications, and from September 2024, Initial Teacher Training for our people and partners. 

As an Institute Professional Learning Lead, you will strategically lead the delivery of Institute accredited courses and contribute to the development of professional development opportunities for colleagues across the Trust and the wider educational landscape. Working across a range of educational settings and with a range of educational institutions and external partners.

• 0.11 Progress 8 score which is above national average
• 11% increase in pupils achieving 5 GCSE A*-C grades including English and maths to 53%
