Job Overview

Due to continued growth and the opening of an additional campus AY 2027/2028, ISR International School on the Rhine is looking for passionate, qualified, and dedicated teachers (m/f/d) across all subject areas for Grades 1–12 to join our dynamic and international school community.

We are seeking educators who are enthusiastic about inspiring students, creating engaging and innovative lessons, and fostering a love of learning in a diverse and global environment. As a teacher at ISR, you will play a key role in supporting students’ academic growth while encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and real world application of knowledge.

 Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area

• Create a positive and motivating learning environment

• Assess, monitor, and support student progress

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and planning

• Contribute to the wider school community and student life

Qualifications & Experience: 

• A degree in Education (or an equivalent teaching qualification)

• Proven teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting

• English proficiency at business fluent level

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for teaching and working with young people in an international environment
