Hours of work 8:00 am to 4:15 pm daily

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and experienced Administration Assistant to work within the Administration Team at this highly successful, oversubscribed ‘Good’ (Ofsted 2014) school with ‘Outstanding Behaviour and Safety’. This role will support the Attendance Officer with monitoring pupil attendance, ordering and receipt of goods and the collection of monies for trips along with supporting the administrative function of the school.

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a busy school office, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. You should have previous experience of SIMS, attendance and FMS, the ability to follow instructions accurately and make sound judgements and be confident in the input and retrieval of data. You should also possess a good working knowledge of Excel, MS Word and MS Publisher.
