Salary £25,160 - £27,472
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Additional Learning Support Co-ordinator within Barnsley College’s ALS Department. Working in this professional environment, you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, be efficient, supportive and highly learner focussed as well as having the capacity to be flexible and solution focussed. You will draw on your experience to ensure the successful placement and provision of support for high needs learners, prioritising your workload within a fast paced, dynamic workplace. You must have the ability to work both independently, as part of a wider staff team and in a multi-agency context. You must have experience of working with learners with complex learning needs, planning support and line managing and mentoring staff.
