Alternative Education Programme Lead
We invite applications from innovative, resilient, creative and motivated individuals who can play a key role in our specialist provision for students who are at risk of exclusion or are considered vulnerable. You will be an enthusiastic and outstanding teacher who will inspire and motivate our students.
Teachers from any subject specialism welcomed.
You will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher, Key Stage leaders, Behaviour staff and class teachers in coordinating the support provided to students including delivering programmes of skills development to enable pupils in accessing their learning. Working alongside the students base school, the programme will provide a balanced curriculum that provides challenging, yet enjoyable learning experiences that help motivate students and promote a culture of success.
