We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Teacher of Maths and aspiring Specialist Leader of Education, to join our successful and dynamic Maths department as part of a team who are relentless in their drive to be excellent in all aspects of their work.

You must be able to inspire and enthuse students through your teaching. An engaging personality, attention to detail, a creative approach to the delivery of the curriculum and strategies to enable all students to make or exceed their levels of progress are all essential in order to accelerate student progress and promote the enjoyment of the subject.
As an outstanding practitioner within your own classroom, this will be an exciting opportunity to expand your leadership across the wider school system. As an aspiring Specialist Leader of Education you will have the unique opportunity to influence the leadership of teaching and learning across a range of school contexts which will be an ideal foundation from which to make the step-up to Senior Leadership.
You may already have the designation of Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) through the NCTL. If not, the school will support you through the next appropriate designation round, as well as accessing coaching and professional development to ensure that you have the skills to be successful in this role.
