Job overview

Sacred Heart Catholic School Outside School Hours Care is located in Palmerston, NT, approximately 20km from Darwin. 

OSHC runs a Before School Care (7.00am - 8.15am), After School Care (3.00pm - 5.30pm) and Holiday Care (7.00am - 5.30pm). We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Assistant Director to join our team.

Contract Position Full Time


Applicants must have:

- Diploma or equivalent in compliance with ACECQA guidelines

- Current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis and Certified Supervisor Certificate

- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework

- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework & the My Time, Our Place framework

- Previous experience in child care service management

- Effective computer skills

- Proven leadership skills to develop and maintain individual and team potential
