St Dunstan’s College seeks to appoint a Director of Studies to enhance its ambitious vision for the future.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful change as a middle or senior leader in either an independent or state school. They will have an excellent understanding of how to use data intelligently, create effective school processes, and manage people well. They will be a team player who relishes working in an aspirational environment that is hard-working and fast-paced. They will have the self-belief to work effectively autonomously and take ownership of this vital part of College life. They will have a strong facility with numbers and systems allied with an ability to think strategically, and communicate in a way that can engage others.
