At Sale high School we are excited to announce we have an opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher specialising in Behaviour and Personal Development. You will play a pivotal role within the Senior Leadership Team, providing excellent leadership and management to embed the vision and values of the school and to secure the highest possible outcomes for students across the school.

● Proven track record in raising standards and supporting student achievement;

We have a high proportion of disadvantaged students and students with additional needs, as well as a high proportion of students with English as an additional language. Our prime concern is our students’ success and the successful candidate will be ambitious for them, committed to meeting their needs and be able to combine warmth with high expectations.
