The Assistant Principal - Students is critical in championing the student experience and maintaining the College’s very high standards. Critical to the continued success of the College is ensuring that the student experience is at the very heart of our decision making. As an organisation we live and breathe this approach and this is cultivated in our mission, purpose and values.

The post holder will lead on Student Voice, Pastoral and Tutorial, Student Services, Enterprise and Enrichment, Careers and destinations across our FE provision and at University Campus Barnsley.

The Assistant Principal’s central areas of responsibility are multi-site departments who provide support to students on all our sites. These departments are award winning and have received national accolades in the areas of Enterprise, Entrepreneurship and Student Experience.

This is a timely opportunity for a highly performing individual to come in with a fresh perspective and take a look at our practice and lead on innovative developments to enhance experience for students.
