Are you an experienced Behaviour for Learning Mentor who has worked with students to help remove barriers to learning?

Can you make a difference to a young person's quality of learning and progress?

We are looking to recruit  a dynamic  individual to support students on a daily basis around the school and in the classroom.

You will mentor and provide support to specific students encouraging them to participate fully in the life of the school and to realise their full academic potential.  You will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.

The successful candidates must have relevant recent experience and qualifications, a flexible approach, and be willing to actively seek to develop their own learning to enhance the service delivered.

You must be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment with excellent attendance and punctuality.
