We are looking for a skilled teacher to lead our careers provision at Trinity, building on the outstanding practice already established in the school. The Careers Coordinator will have responsibility for the careers strategy, working with our link Assistant Headteacher; they will manage our partnerships and all whole school CIAEG events, developing the provision further to ensure our provision is second to none.

The appointment would suit an excellent practitioner who will bring expertise in their subject teaching and contribute to their department development, as well as developing exciting new ideas to develop CIAEG. The successful person should be a passionate, organised and articulate person who is able to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders and be a positive influence on our students. They will have the knowledge and skills to prepare our students for further education, training, apprenticeship and recruitment opportunities as well as career event management. They must be able to organise their own workload, establish and maintain links with business and work with students face-to-face and in group settings.
