Cleaner

St Teresa’s College Abergowrie is situated in the beautiful Herbert River Valley, west of Ingham, North Queensland.  The College is a residential Boys Agricultural College with 190 students with a strong commitment to educating Indigenous students. The College has undergone major refurbishments in both the school and residential facilities.

The College is seeking applications from suitably experienced persons for the position of Cleaner.  This is an ongoing full time position.

To be considered for this position you will;

• Enjoy practical work
• Methodically complete tasks
• Honest and reliable
• Able to bend, stand and lift

You will be able to show your understanding of Material Safety Sheets and have a suitable experience and or certificate/s in Working with Hazardous Chemicals in the Workplace, or equivalent.

You will be required to complete Student Protection Training and have, or obtain, a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) or be able to attain one prior to your commencement.
